    Chris Gilchrist

    Chris got involved in web design in 1999 and has owned and managed web businesses since 2001. He has worked directly with and managed projects for the likes of IBM, Oxford University Press, Unipart and Gartner.

    He now focusses his attention specifically on web analytics, SEO and PPC management. Chris is Google Analytics Qualified. He manages Hit Reach and maintains a keen interest in business and finance. Chris is a member of The Entrepreneurial Exchange.

    Outside of work Chris is a keen practitioner of Progressive TaeKwon-Do as well as Tactical Edge defensive combat methods, studying both disciplines directly under Chief Instructor Mr Mark Davies, 5th Degree Blackbelt.

    Simon Lamb

    Simon has over 10 years experience in the design field. First starting out in the games industry, working for Electronic Arts designing UI’s and game menu systems. Over the years Simon has worked in all aspects of graphic design including computer games, mobile and hand held games, web design and printed materials.

    In his spare time, Simon plays guitar in Screeching Weasel and the Riverdales, who are best known for helping to spark the early 1990s “pop-punk” movement. Past memebrs of the band include Mike Dirnt from Green Day and recent collaborations have involved members of the All American Rejects.

    Simon also enjoys graphic design and has an unhealthy obsession with Fawlty Towers.

    Matt Braddock

    Matt has nearly 5 years experience as a developer after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Technology Management.

    He is adept and very comfortable with account management and has an excellent rapport with the clients he deals with. Matt builds and maintains over 150 sites each year and is constantly helping clients to streamline their workflow and improve the effectiveness of their sites relative to their objectives.

    In his spare time Matt runs the long running Slide club nights and gigs in Oxford and London, runs an annual music Festival, DJs around UK and if he is lucky – occasionally Europe, as well as enjoying the fruits of London life as much as he can!

    Jamie Fraser

    Jamie got started in web design in his first year of university when he started his first job.

    Since then he has taken on several individual jobs for people including the 2009 – 2010 NUS Scotland President.

    He is experienced in (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MYSQL and is currently looking at HTML5 and CSS3, Jamie is also experienced in Word Press development and has created all of our Word Press Plugins.

    In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

    Lauren studied at Dundee College for two years gaining a HNC and HND qualification in 3D Design. Before joining Hit Reach she worked with an interior design company for three years.

    Outside work she enjoys travelling around Scotland and trying new activities.

    Stuart Christie

    Stuart Christie

    Stuart graduated from Moray College in 2011 with a Distinction in BSc Computing and has experience using various technologies including Java, JSP, XML, MySQL, HTML and CSS.

    He is passionate about web design and development and has worked on projects for the NHS and local businesses in his hometown, Elgin.

    In his free time, Stuart enjoys music, gaming and spending time with his family and girlfriend.

    Richy Lamb

    Richy Lamb

    Richy is a creative graphic designer, specialising in design for print and branding but also working across a range of disciplines including exhibition and screen. He studied Graphic Design at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, graduating in 2005 with a honours degree and membership of the International Society of Typographic Designers.

    After graduating, he accepted his first job at in Glasgow, and remained there for six months before moving to Edinburgh. In 2008 he was nominated for Emerging Designer of the Year at the Scottish Design Awards. The following year, his work won the Chairman’s Award for Design, Best Item of Self Promotion, Best Annual Report and was awarded a commendation in the publications category.

    When he’s not working, Richy enjoys seeing live music, visiting exhibitions and socialising.
