Package 1: Get Online

At Hit Reach we love helping businesses like yours to get online! Even a simple brochure website will enable you to get more leads, sales and repeat business.

Our Get Online package is perfect if you have a limited budget and don’t want, or need, to invest in a content management system to update the website yourself.

We know getting started with it all can be challenging so we’ll guide you through the process.

We don’t think of any work as just a one-time deal, we see it as the start of a working relationship, and as your business develops we’ll be here to support you.

The Get Online package is perfect for businesses of a certain size or nature and the checklist below will help establish if it’s right for your business at this time.

1. You’ve got a limited budget (£1000 or less)
2. You don’t want to update the website yourself and would prefer we did it
3. You don’t need content added frequently

To help you get started we’ll include 1 year’s hosting which would normally cost £50!

What’s included?

1. Your domain name

   Your account manager Linda will register your domain name and we can automatically renew it for you each year so it doesn’t expire. If you already have a domain we will help you point it to our hosting.
   

2. Custom website design

   Users love designs which are simple and feel familiar. Our designers Simon and Richy will make sure your website is effective and creates a great first impression. We can incorporate your logo and existing branding into your website.
   

3. 10 pages

   Jamie and Grant will then build your site and incorporate the content you provide. We’ll ensure the site works in all the popular browsers. Typically a site would include these types of pages but we will tailor them to your business:

4. Google Analytics

   It’s important for you to be able to measure the effectiveness of your website and, where possible, improve its performance over time. We’ll setup and install Google Analytics so you can see how much traffic your website gets and what users do when they arrive.

5. Google Webmaster Tools

   By having a Webmaster Tools account; you will be alerted if Google encounters any problems when they crawl your website, you can notify Google of any changes to your site structure and lots more. We’ll create your account and verify your new website for you.

6. Google email addresses

   Google Apps lets you use your own domain for email and is free for up to 10 addresses. You can access your mail from anywhere, including most devices, and you’ll also get access to Google Docs, Google Calendar and more. We’ll set up your email accounts online and provide you with the logins.

7. Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and EU Cookie compliance

   It’s important your website remains legal and compliant. We’ll provide you with privacy policy and terms & conditions pages which protect your website and business. We’ll also make sure it complies with the EU cookie laws.

Package 2: Get Online Plus

Every business is different and some businesses need a bit more. More help and guidance, more functionality, more pages, more online marketing and so on.

Our Plus add-on enables us to supply you with the most commonly requested extras bundled together for great value.

What’s included?

You’ll get everything from package 1 plus:

1. Customisation & extra functionality

   We can include more interactive items like image galleries, contact forms, additional pages or more complex page content. We can even change how your site looks on different mobile devices.

   If you have small bits of content you would like to update yourself we can create a simple form online to make that possible.

2. Marketing materials/advice

   We can create a logo if you don’t already have one, design some business cards and complimentary marketing collateral, set up a Local Google Business Listing, a custom Facebook page that matches your website or help you set up some online advertising with Google.

   If you choose to advertise online we’ll also give you a £75 voucher to help you get started!

We’ll work with you to establish the best combination of these items based on your individual requirements.

Get Online Plus Examples:

Pricing

Get Online costs just £800 and includes one year of hosting which normally costs £50.

Get Online Plus costs just £1200 and also includes £75 of Google Adwords vouchers.

If you need either package tailored to suit your requirements just let us know.

Our on-going hourly rate for future changes and support is £50.
All prices exclude VAT and include our prompt payment discount.
